高晔，本名高晔芸，1947年生，浙江青田人。画家、作曲家。现为中国音乐家协会会员，浙江省女花鸟画家协会副主席，浙江省慈善联合总会理事，吴山明美术馆名誉馆长。原浙江省国画家协会常务理事，浙江省国际美术交流协会副主席，现顾问，吴茀之艺术研究会理事，央广文旅形象交流大使。
出版有《高晔“兰竹”技法》、龙泉青瓷绘画作品：《墨彩瓷青》《水秀山青》等由上海书画出版社、浙江人民美术出版社、西冷印社出版社、中国美院出版社等出版。《兰竹》四条屏入选文化部在中国美术馆举办的“1996年四届世界妇女大会百名杰出女画家画展”。2018参加纪念文同诞辰一千年，墨竹《乾坤清气》收藏于杭州国画院。
音乐作品：1993年~1995年谱写《琵琶行》《春江花月夜》《桃源行》《蜀道难》四首唐诗和《望海潮》《雨霖铃》《水调歌头》《满江红》等十六首宋词。与浙江电视台合作拍摄的音乐电视《宋词新韵》获广电部1997、1998、1999年大奖。2003年由浙江歌舞总团担任演出的在浙江音乐厅举办的《唐风宋韵》大型交响合唱音乐会。2005年由浙江大学文琴艺团演出，为浙江大学建校108週年校庆举办《宋词新韵》大型交响合唱音乐会。为百集电视短片《共和国之最》《开国英雄》《世纪回眸》及《徐霞客游记》谱写主题曲。
Gao Ye, originally named Gao Yeyun, was born in 1947 in Qingtian, Zhejiang Province. She is a painter and composer. Currently, she is a member of the China Musicians' Association, vice chairperson of the Zhejiang Women's Flower-and-Bird Painting Association, a director of the Zhejiang Charity Federation, and honorary director of the Wu Shanming Art Museum. She was formerly a standing director of the Zhejiang Chinese Painters Association, vice chairperson of the Zhejiang International Art Exchange Association, and is now an advisor. She is also a director of the Wu Fuzhi Art Research Society and a cultural and tourism image ambassador for China National Radio.She has published works such as "Gao Ye's 'Orchid and Bamboo' Techniques", and painted works on Longquan celadon: "Ink and Color on Celadon", "Green Water and Green Mountains", etc., which were published by Shanghai Painting and Calligraphy Publishing House, Zhejiang People's Fine Arts Publishing House, Xiling Seal Engravers' Society Publishing House, China Academy of Art Publishing House, etc. Her "Orchid and Bamboo" four-panel screen was selected for the "1996 Fourth World Conference on Women: Exhibition of 100 Outstanding Female Painters" held by the Ministry of Culture at the National Art Museum of China. In 2018, she participated in the commemoration of Wen Tong's 1000th birthday, and her ink bamboo painting "Clear Qi of Heaven and Earth" was collected by the Hangzhou National Painting Academy. Musical works: From 1993 to 1995, composed four Tang poems, namely "The Pipa Player", "Spring River Moonlit Night", "The Peach Blossom Spring" and "Difficulties on the Road to Shu", as well as sixteen Song Ci poems including "Looking at the Sea Tide", "Rain Bell", "Water Tune: Head of the Song" and "Full River Red". The music video "New Melodies of Song Ci" produced in collaboration with Zhejiang Television Station won the grand prize of the Ministry of Radio, Film and Television in 1997, 1998 and 1999. In 2003, the large-scale symphony and chorus concert "Tang Wind and Song Rhythm" was held at Zhejiang Concert Hall, performed by Zhejiang Song and Dance Troupe. In 2005, the large-scale symphony and chorus concert "New Melodies of Song Ci" was performed by Winqin Art Troupe of Zhejiang University for the 108th anniversary of the founding of Zhejiang University.
