龚群卫，四川眉山，号瓦屋山人、一真堂，中央国家机关书法家协会理事，中国书画家联谊会会员，北京书法家协会会员，中国传统文化促进会理事，北京儒学文化促进会理事。1989年服役于武警北京部队，自幼在家乡和部队研习晋唐书法，40年笔耕不辍,曾多次参加所在部队及其他单位举办的全国大型书画展览。

2023年12月作品《念奴娇·赤壁怀古》在北京大兴机场大屏展播。2023年12月29日应邀在北京炎黄艺术馆出席《新时代书画名家展》。2024年3月27日应邀《中国~多米尼克建交20周年书画艺术展》作品参展。2024年7月25日参加联合国经济社会部法中文化交流促进中心北京奥林匹克俱乐部主办的《法国巴黎奥运国际艺术交流展》特授予“奥林匹克文化贡献奖”“咏梅”作品被评为优秀杰出金奖作品。2024年8月21日应邀革故鼎新第59届新加坡国庆美展暨亚太艺术交流展，作品《念奴娇，赤壁怀古》在新加坡大会堂展出。

Gong Qunwei, from Meishan, Sichuan Province, is also known as Wawushanren and Yizhentang. He is a director of the Central State Organs Calligraphers Association, a member of the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association, a member of the Beijing Calligraphers Association, a director of the China Traditional Culture Promotion Association, and a director of the Beijing Confucianism Culture Promotion Association.

In December 2023, the work "Nian Nu Jiao: Nostalgia for Red Cliffs" was displayed on the large screen at Beijing Daxing Airport. On December 29, 2023, I was invited to attend the "Exhibition of Famous Calligraphers and Painters in the New Era" at the Yanhuang Art Museum in Beijing. On March 27, 2024, I was invited to participate in the "Painting and Calligraphy Art Exhibition Marking the 20th Anniversary of the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations between China and Dominica". On July 25, 2024, I participated in the "International Art Exchange Exhibition of the Paris Olympics in France" hosted by the Sino-French Cultural Exchange Promotion Center of the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs and the Beijing Olympic Club. I was specially awarded the "Olympic Cultural Contribution Award", and the work "Ode to Plum Blossoms" was rated as an outstanding Gold Award work. On August 21, 2024, I was invited to participate in the 59th Singapore National Day Art Exhibition and the Asia-Pacific Art Exchange Exhibition. My work "Nian Nu Jiao, Nostalgia for Red Cliffs" was exhibited at the Singapore City Hall.
