曾建国，男，广东省丰顺县人，中共党员，广州市公务员（已退休）。研习文艺40多年，正式出版诗词小说楹联专著和画册，独创融水法大写意牡丹，得到北京故宫博物院单国强研究员、广东省政府文史馆员黎展华等名家肯定；《人民周刋网》《中国收藏》《中华英才网》《南方日报》巜广州美术研究《《美朮》等报刋发表400多幅作品；近两年，牡丹图在北京地铁、北京国际机场巡展，在北京圆明园和炎黄美术馆参展；《明天更美好》等牡丹图，被俄罗斯国立工艺美术学院、列宾美术学院，英国剑桥大学、牛津大学收藏；《四海同春》牡丹入选第33届奥运会法国巴黎国际艺术交流展并获金奖；中央新影中学生频道《时代人物》栏目推介播出。作品入编《致敬故宫百年书画艺术典藏之作》。

曾建国系中国楹联学会顾问，广东楹联学会会长，中华诗词学会会员，广东省美术家协会、作家协会会员，广东人文艺术研究会会员。

Zeng Jianguo, male, is from Fengshun County, Guangdong Province. He is a member of the Communist Party of China and a retired civil servant of Guangzhou City. Having been engaged in the study of literature and art for over 40 years, he has officially published monographs and picture albums on poetry, novels and couplets. He has also independently created the "Rongshui" technique for freehand brushwork of peonies, which has been affirmed by renowned experts such as Researcher Shan Guoqiang from the Palace Museum in Beijing and Li Zhanhua, a member of the Cultural and Historical Research Institute of the Guangdong Provincial Government. More than 400 works have been published in newspapers and periodicals such as People 's Weekly Online, China Collection, Chinahr.com, Southern Daily 巜, guangzhou art research, and art. In the past two years, the peony painting has been exhibited in the Beijing subway and Beijing international airport, and has also been exhibited in the Old Summer Palace and Yanhuang Art museum in Beijing. The peony paintings such as "A Better Tomorrow" have been collected by the Russian State Institute of Arts and Crafts, Repin Institute of Fine Arts, the University of Cambridge and the University of Oxford in the UK. The peony "Spring Around the World" was selected for the 33rd Olympic Games Paris International Art Exchange Exhibition in France and won the gold medal. It was also promoted and broadcast by the "Figures of The Times" program of the Central New Film Middle School Channel. The work was included in the "Tribute to the Centennial Collection of Calligraphy and Painting Art of the Palace Museum". Zeng Jianguo is an advisor to the Chinese Couplet Society, the president of the Guangdong Couplet Society, a member of the Chinese Poetry Society, a member of the Guangdong Artists Association and Writers Association, and a member of the Guangdong Humanities and Arts Research Society.
