“人命至重，有贵千金，一方济之，德逾于此。”纵观中华上下五千年的历史长河，沧海横流，岁月成碑，中医文化依旧在广袤的中华大地上生生不息。其中，正骨技艺，作为中医文化的智慧结晶，在数千载春秋中不断发展。一代又一代的医者，秉持着救死扶伤的质朴初心，接过了传承中医正骨文化的接力棒，在长期的医疗实践中守正创新，矢志不渝地总结并完善正骨手法，为广大人民群众带来了健康福祉。
韩达财，1966年10月生于青海省西宁市湟中区多巴镇通海城中村，1987年考入青海畜牧兽医学院，青海省西宁市非物质文化遗产“韩氏正骨技艺”第四代传承人、中医高级康复理疗师。成长于中医正骨世家，韩达财少时立志、勤奋苦学，在刻苦钻研多民族传统医学疗法的基础上博采众长、推陈出新，为“韩氏正骨技艺”注入了新的时代内涵，使其发展成一套独立且完善的理论和实践体系。如今，韩达财正坚定地走在弘扬中医正骨文化的道路上，力求为我国健康事业发展提供强大的助力。

Han Da Cai was born in October 1966 in Tongh City, Duoba Town, Qinghai Province. In 1987, he was admitted to the Qinghai Institute of Animal Husbandry and Veter Medicine. He is the fourth-generation inheritor of the intangible cultural heritage of "Han's Setbone Technique" in Qinghai Province, X City, and a senior Chinese medicine rehabilitation therapist. Growing up in a family of traditional Chinese medicine setbone, Han Da Cai was determined and diligent in his youth, striving learn and innovate on the basis of painstaking research of multi-ethnic traditional medicine therapies, injecting new contemporary connotations into the "Han's Setboneique" and developing it into a complete theoretical and practical system. 青衿之志 传诲中医文化

作为诊治损伤的专科，正骨是我国古代医学的“十三科”之一，其内涵指的是医师通过推、拽、按、捺等手法，使自己的双手作用于病患的体表、受伤的部位等处，以期达到治疗骨折、脱臼等骨科疾病的效果。正骨治疗的对象主要是由于外力作用所导致的骨、关节和软组织损伤等，也包括因同类原因所引起的体内脏器损伤，即《医宗金鉴·正骨心法要诀》所载：“今之正骨科，即古跌打损伤之证也。”

出生于中医正骨世家，韩达财与医学之间的缘分可以追溯至他的曾祖父韩宝仁先生。20世纪初，15岁的韩宝仁开始自学兽医技术，经过日复一日的刻苦钻研，他逐渐积累起了大量的诊疗经验，在马骡内科病症及骨折整复方面颇有建树。至30岁时，韩宝仁更是因能准确诊断马匹肺破裂而闻名于当地。由于韩宝仁在家中排行第八，故被当地人尊称为“韩八爷”。1957年，青海省畜牧普医处整理出版了《民间兽医韩宝仁医疗经验》一书，该书是韩宝仁40年行医经验的精华，收录有诊断技术、药方及骨折整复等诸多内容。
自幼听着太爷爷的传奇故事长大，韩达财的心中也随之孕育出了从医的鸿鹄之志。其后，在爷爷和父亲这两代“韩氏正骨技艺”传承人的巨大影响下，韩达财愈发明确了自身救死扶伤的朴实初心，走上了传承家族正骨技艺、弘扬优秀中医正骨文化的道路。据韩达财讲述，当年幼的他看到患者一家三代感激地跪在父亲面前磕头，他的心灵旋即深受震撼，这一幕便深深地扎根于他的脑海中，时刻鼓舞着他赓续前行。
时至今日，韩达财已是花甲之年，自八岁时开始跟随父亲和祖父学习中医正骨技艺，历经了几十载风风雨雨，救治了许多骨伤患者。以医入心，他倾尽心血地投入到中医非遗文化的研究之中；心怀大爱，他以一手正骨技艺造福于社会。韩达财以他的亲身实践传承并发扬了中医非遗正骨技艺，用他的精彩人生诠释了一位中医师一心为民的真挚情怀。
Born into a family of traditional Chinese medicine orthopedics, Han Dacai's connection with medicine can be traced to his great-grandfather, Mr. Han Baoru. In the early 20th century, at the age of 15, Han Baoru began self-study veterinary techniques. Through daily diligent study, he gradually accumulated a wealth of diagnostic experience, especially in the treatment of internal diseases of horses and donkeys and fracture reduction By the age of 30, Han Baoru had become locally renowned for his accurate diagnosis of pulmonary hemorrhage in horses. As Han Baoru was eighth child in the family, he was respectfully called "Han Eight Lord" by the locals. In 1957, the Qinghai Provincial Husbandry and General Practice Office published the book "Folk Veterinary Medicine Han Baoru's Medical Experience", which was the essence of Han Baoru' 40 years of medical practice, including diagnostic techniques, prescriptions, and fracture reduction. Growing up listening to the legendary stories of his great-grandfather, Hanacai also nurtured a lofty ambition to become a doctor. Under the profound influence of two generations of "Han's Orthopedic Skills" inheritors, his and father, Han Dacai became increasingly clear about his simple original intention to save lives and heal the wounded, and embarked on the road of inheriting family orthopedic and promoting excellent traditional Chinese medicine orthopedic culture. According to Han Dacai, when he was a child, he saw a family of three generations kneeling in front of father gratefully and kowtowing, which deeply shocked his heart. This scene was deeply rooted in his mind and always inspired him to continue moving forward. Today, Hanacai is already in his sixties. Since he was eight years old, he began to study traditional Chinese medicine orthopedic skills with his father and grandfather, and has decades of ups and downs, rescuing many bone injury patients. With a heart full of medicine, he devoted himself to the research of traditional Chinese medicine heritage culture; with a heart of love, he benefited society with his orthopedic skills. Han Dacai inherited and carried forward the traditional Chinese medicine orthopedic skills with his own practice, and interpreted sincere feelings of a traditional Chinese medicine doctor who is dedicated to the people with his wonderful life.
开拓进取 精进正骨技艺
为者常成，行者常至。怀揣着治病救人的初心，韩达财在辛勤努力下完成了医学本科教育，成为了一名具备专业素养和资质的中医师。但韩达财并没有止步于此，而是以谦卑的姿态拜师于各民族的名医，跟随他们深入钻研各民族的医学知识，并在此基础上守正创新，将各族医学的精华与传统正骨技艺相结合，发展出一套独特、全面的正骨体系。
2000年，为进一步完善“韩氏正骨技艺”并丰富其内涵，韩达财决定远赴以蒙医正骨术见长的蒙古国求学。在蒙古国，他拜师于当地正骨名医乌力吉，夜以继日、孜孜不倦地钻研蒙医正骨术，深入学习蒙医学独特的整体观和自然疗法。历经十三年的刻苦奋斗，韩达财最终熟练地掌握了蒙医正骨术的复位手法，提升了自身的正骨技艺，且积累了大量康复技巧，如草药外敷、食疗调理等等。
实践是检验真理的唯一标准。在学习蒙医正骨理论的同时，韩达财还在蒙古国进行了长达五年时间的免费义诊活动，每天诊疗人数上至一百多人，下至二三十人。从义诊伊始的籍籍无名到后来的赫赫有名，韩达财用他高超的正骨技艺折服了蒙古国人民，赢得了当地人的一致赞誉。这段在蒙古国行医的经历，使他积累下了丰富的临床经验，开拓了治疗思路，形成了从整体视角诊治患者的方法体系。

In Mongolia, he apprenticed under the local orthopedic famous doctor Uliq, studied the Mongolian orthopedic surgery day and night, and deeply the unique holistic view and natural therapy of Mongolian medicine. After thirteen years of hard work, Han Dacai finally mastered the reduction technique of Mongolian orthopedic, improved his orthopedic skills, and accumulated a large amount of rehabilitation skills, such as external use of herbs, dietary therapy and so on. Practice is the criterion for testing truth. While learning the theory of Mongolian orthopedics, Han Dacai also carried out free clinics in Mongolia for five years, with the number patients treated per day ranging from more than a hundred to more than two or thirty. From being unknown at the beginning of the free clinic to becoming famous later, Han Dacai the Mongolian people with his superb orthopedic skills and won the unanimous praise of the local people. This experience of practicing medicine in Mongolia has enabled him to accumulate rich experience, broaden his treatment ideas, and form a method system for treating patients from a holistic perspective.
学无止境，砥砺前行。2013年，韩达财结束了在蒙古国的求学历程，回到了家乡。随后，他拜北京著名食疗专家魏谠全为师，进行了四年时间的系统学习。在此期间，韩达财深入钻研食疗领域，探索食疗与骨伤康复的最佳结合方式，最终成功地实现了根据患者个人体质定制饮食方案，帮助患者加速康复的目标。此外，韩达财还进一步进修了针灸，并顺利地考取了相应的资格证书，以期通过“调和气血、疏通经络”的针灸手法，加强正骨治疗的疗效，守护广大患者的身心健康。
2021年，韩达财再度出发，拜师于藏医密宗传承人徐灏哲上师。此时，韩达财已然五十余岁，但他心中对正骨技艺的热爱丝毫不减当年。这番学习经历，使他进一步掌握了藏医正骨疗法的精华，为“韩氏正骨技艺”增添了助力。至此，韩达财广泛地学习了汉族、蒙古族、藏族等多民族的正骨技艺，习得了食疗、针灸等多种中医疗法，采百家之长、创新性发展，丰富并完善了自身的医术体系，谱写了“韩氏正骨技艺”的时代发展新蓝图。
正是在韩达财数十年如一日般的奋力拼搏下，在其竭诚为民情怀的带领下，“韩氏正骨技艺”于2021年成功入选西宁市和湟中区非遗名录，赢得了业内外的一致认可。这份殊荣的背后，韩达财以其精湛的正骨技艺，生动地诠释了何为医者仁心与一代又一代中医师接续躬耕的坚定信念。
当下，在韩氏正骨技艺的流派中，最重要且最能够体现传统医学价值的便是新生幼儿畸形无创伤康复之术。这是由韩达财的父亲——“韩氏正骨技艺”第三代传承人韩彪所开创的一项独特技艺。此后，经由韩彪与韩达财的持续钻研，他们已对30余例全国各地的新生幼儿畸形开展治疗，康复率更是高达百分之九十以上。面对这项医学边缘的课题，韩达财产生了两点愿景，一是通过自身努力和媒体宣传，让更多人了解到此项技艺；二是借助各界力量，成立一家新生幼儿畸形研究院，为深受此病痛的幼儿提供帮助。

By this time, Handa Cai had extensively studied the orthoped skills of Han, Mongolian, and Tibetan nationalities, learned about food therapy, acupuncture, and other traditional Chinese medical methods, adopted the strengths of various schools,atively developed, enriched and perfected his own medical system, and wrote a new blueprint for the development of the "Han family orthopedic skills" era. It under Handa Cai's decades of hard work and his sincere dedication to serving the people that the "Han family orthopedic skills" successfully entered the intangible heritage list of Xining City and Qingzhong District in 2021, winning the unanimous recognition of the industry. Behind this honor, Handa Cai vivid interpreted what is the benevolence of a doctor and the firm belief of generations of traditional Chinese medicine practitioners with his superb orthopedic skills. At present, in the of Han's orthopedic skills, the most important and most able to reflect the value of traditional medicine is the non-traumatic rehabilitation technique for congenital infant deform. 同样是在2021年，韩达财成立了韩氏正骨堂，将其作为传承“韩氏正骨技艺”与服务广大患者的崭新平台，为发扬中医正骨文化而不懈努力。在韩氏正骨堂，韩达财一边收徒教学、举办培训，倾囊相授自己的毕生心血与经验；一边坚持亲自治疗患者，用耐心与细心减轻病人的痛苦。无论病情多么复杂，他都能依据患者的情况定制个性化的治疗方案，为患者筑起守卫健康的万里长城。
如今，“韩氏正骨技艺”采用“家传师授”双轨并行的制度，力求最大限度地传承并发扬中医正骨技艺，以此助力中医药文化的长久发展。顺势而为，扶摇直上，作为“韩氏正骨技艺”的第五代传承人，韩达财之女韩慧芸凭借数字化方案推动了家族技艺的申遗与标准化、系统化运作，不断将中国正骨文化发扬光大。

未来，韩达财还计划将韩氏正骨堂打造成集医疗、教学、科研于一体的医疗机构，让“韩氏正骨技艺”走得更远。“志之所趋，无远弗届，穷山距海，不能限也。”我们始终坚信，在韩达财的引领下，中医正骨文化终将会焕发出新的时代生机，再一次耀眼于中华文化的舞台之上！
